Bridge offer · Pre-launch
Foundation Subscription.
$19/mo for access to the entire portfolio mesh — while it’s being built.
You’re not paying for a finished product. You’re paying for participation in the build. The build matures into Apotheosis. Your subscription rides through the transition without a price change.
Built by
Dailen Huntley
Solo founder of Black Sheep 247 LLC. Toledo, Ohio. Currently shipping a multi-product portfolio without VCs, without a team, and without a $400/month tool stack. Foundation Subscription is how you ride along while the rest gets built.
Already shipped: scrlpets.com (animal-breeder marketplace, live), this site (synapsedynamics.io), and the founder channel at @allday24seven on YouTube.
In active build: Apotheosis (the platform), BookStack, AWA, NeoHood Sovereign Engine, plus tooling.
What you get for $19/mo.
Behind-the-build content
Subscriber-only depth across the whole portfolio: Apotheosis dev journey, Scrlpets shipping notes, BookStack metrics, NeoHood Sovereign Engine progress, AWA Phase 0 results. Documented as work happens — not curated marketing.
Direction-shaping Discord
A subscriber-only channel where you vote on what gets built next, what tools get reviewed, what episodes get prioritized. Your input visibly shapes the public output.
Weekly Friday Q&A recap
Submit questions in Discord all week. Friday: a 20-minute recap video answers the top 5–7 voted questions, with Higgsfield-generated carousel summaries. Recorded and async-watchable.
Auto-conversion to Apotheosis Pro at launch
When Apotheosis ships (target August 2026), your Foundation Subscription becomes Apotheosis Pro at the same $19/mo. Same bill. Same cadence. The product label shifts; the price doesn't.
Early access — every product
First-pick on Apotheosis beta seats, BookStack vertical previews, AWA Phase 1 pilots, and per-product notify-me lists across the portfolio.
First 100 subscribers · 100 spots left
Founding Member tier.
We update this count weekly. When it hits 0, the Founding Member tier closes.
The first 100 Foundation subscribers get treated like the founders they are. This is permanent. The benefits don’t expire when you cancel and resubscribe.
- 01
$19/mo locked forever. Future price increases (and they're coming) won't touch you.
- 02
Founding Member badge in Discord and on the subscriber portal.
- 03
First-pick on every early-access window — Apotheosis beta seats, BookStack verticals, AWA pilots — before the rest of the subscriber base.
- 04
A retroactive Founding Member NFT on NeoHood's Genesis Block when the chain ships (years out — see below). Non-equity. Non-financial. A provable timestamp that says you were here at the start.
What’s deliberately NOT in it.
- No 1-on-1 sessions in the main bundle. Doesn’t scale; positions the founder as service provider; weakens the portfolio framing.
- No done-for-you builds. Same problem.
- No cohort programs. Cohort overhead is high; doesn’t fit solo-with-agent-leverage.
- No standalone consultation product. Anyone who needs more than a Setup Session needs an actual SDS consulting engagement — different shape (scoped project), not a glorified consultation.
FAQ.
How is this different from a $20 Substack newsletter?
Substacks deliver finished content. Foundation delivers participation in a build. You’re not consuming polished essays — you’re seeing the unvarnished work, voting on direction, and watching the portfolio mesh assemble. If you want a finished product, wait for Apotheosis Pro at launch. If you want to see how it gets built, this is the on-ramp.
What if you stop building?
Worst case: you’ve paid $19/mo for a few months and lost interest in the daily chronicle of one founder’s portfolio. Cancel anytime in your Stripe customer portal — no email required, no retention call. The Discord stays, the content you’ve already consumed stays. Refund within 7 days of any single charge for any reason — DM in Discord or email dailen@synapsedynamics.io.
How does the Apotheosis Pro auto-conversion work?
When Apotheosis ships (target August 2026), your existing Foundation Subscription is converted to Apotheosis Pro at the same $19/mo. Same bill, same card, same cadence. Stripe handles it server-side; you don’t take any action. Future Apotheosis Pro subscribers will pay more — Foundation members ride the original price forever.
Why $19/mo specifically?
It’s the lowest annual subscription price that covers the underlying tooling cost (Stripe fees + content infrastructure + Discord + email) without being a “lite” tier that creates a worse experience. There’s no $9 tier. There’s no $99 tier. One price, one set of benefits.
Is the Founding Member NFT a financial product?
No. It’s a credential — a non-fungible badge proving you were a Foundation Subscriber before [some date], stored on the NeoHood chain. No ownership, no revenue share, no voting rights, no resale market promise from us. If a secondary market emerges later, that’s outside our control. Worth zero dollars by design.
Why not just hire a fractional AI consultant for $200/hour?
If you're running a $50K+/month business, a fractional consultant probably has higher ROI than any $19/mo subscription can deliver. Foundation isn't trying to compete with that. It's for solo operators or pre-revenue founders where $200/hour for 4 hours/month is half the marketing budget. If you can afford a consultant, hire one. If you can't yet — Foundation gives you the founder's reasoning + decisions in async form for $19.
Why not just watch free YouTube channels like Greg Isenberg or Riley Brown?
Honestly — if you want polished, network-effect-driven creator content, those channels are excellent and ask nothing for it. Foundation is different in three specific ways: (1) you vote on direction, so the content responds to subscriber needs, not the algorithm, (2) it auto-converts to software (Apotheosis Pro at launch) rather than staying purely as content, (3) it's depth-first — fewer episodes, more documentation of actual decisions. If polish + free is your priority, the free channels win. If participation + future-product-access is your priority, Foundation does something different.
Why not a $30/mo Discord community like Build in Public or Indie Hackers premium?
Discord-only communities are great for peer-to-peer support, but they don't ladder up to anything. Foundation's Discord is one channel of access — it's also paired with weekly recap content, behind-the-build documentation, and the auto-conversion mechanic. If peer support is the entire need, Build in Public costs less. If you want one founder's documented portfolio decisions plus the community, Foundation is the bundle.
If the word “NFT” triggers you, skip this section — it’s optional reading and doesn’t affect what you’re paying for.
About the Founding Member NFT.
Foundation Subscription v1.0 ships with no NFT. The retroactive issuance happens when NeoHood’s Genesis Block infrastructure goes live, which is years out — likely after Apotheosis launches and NeoHood’s v0 build kicks off (Q4 2026 earliest).
It’s a credential, not equity. No ownership in BS247 LLC. No revenue share. No voting. No financial right of any kind. What it confers: a non-fungible badge that proves you were a Foundation Member, with a tamper-evident timestamp on the NeoHood chain. That’s the entire thing.
Why we’re mentioning it before it exists: because the commitment to issue it is part of what you’re paying for. We’re putting it in writing now so it’s a real promise, not a vibe.
